Dignity at Work: Mindfulness and Compassionate Leadership
Abstract
In this lecture, Prof. Mahalingam will discuss how organizations can foster dignity, care, and compassion in the workplace, drawing on his research in cultural psychology and mindfulness. He will also share insights on developing leaders who prioritize the dignity and well-being of all workers.
