About the Speaker
Professor Bozanic received his Ph.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, held a position as an assistant professor at The Ohio State University, and is currently a tenured professor at Florida State University. He has published research articles in the top journals in the accounting field, including The Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, and Review of Accounting Studies. His research interests include corporate financial reporting, debt contracts, and regulation. He is an expert in content analysis of the publicly available corporate disclosures.
