About the Presenter

Victor Gilsing is a Full Professor at the School of Business and Economics, Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, where he also directs the VU Center for Behavioral Strategy & Innovation. With a rich background spanning the private sector, public institutions, and academia, Professor Gilsing’s research explores how organizations can enhance their innovation performance and develop strategic capabilities.　His work has been published in leading journals such as Journal of Management, Strategic Organization, Journal of Management Studies, and Research Policy. Over his career, he has received numerous international research awards, including Best Paper recognitions and nominations from the Academy of Management, as well as multiple Best Teacher Awards for his contributions to executive education. Most recently, he was nominated for the “Most Outstanding Faculty” award at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam.
